A special brand under China motorcycle maker CFMoto, the 2024 Zeeho AE4 electric scooter is now in Malaysia, priced at RM6,999. Pricing does not include insurance or government rebate and colour options are Velocity Gray, Nebula White dan Helios Orange.

The AE4 comes with a hub-mounted motor located in the rear wheel, rated at 1.,6 kW. A non-removebale 74V 27Ah battery provides power, giving the AE4 an overall power rating of 4 hp with a maximum speed of 65 km/h.

According to the specifications sheet, the AE4 is capable of sprinting from 0 to 30 km/h in 3.5 seconds. As for range, Zeeho says the AE4 gets 63 km of travel distance when measured according to World Motorcycle Test Cycle (WMTC) testing protocol.

Equipment fit out on the AE4 is of a reasonably level for an entry level electric scooter, including ABS, traction control and two ride modes. Other riding conveniences include an LCD instrument panel, cruise control, smart key system, LED lighting and hill hold control.

A 31-litre storage compartment is found under the seat while the floorboard is wide with lots of leg room. Rolling on 12-inch wheels, the AE4 is stopped by disc brakes front and rear while the rear shock absorber is adjustable for spring preload.
