Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Incubus, and Cage The Elephant To Headline The Inaugural Oceans Calling Second Wave Fest







CANCUN, Mexico (CelebrityAccess) — Following the successful debut of the Oceans Calling festival in Maryland in 2022, Playa Luna Presents, C3 Presents and O.A.R. announced the expansion of the brand to Mexico with the debut of the Oceans Calling Second Wave festival.

Set for January 19-22, 2025 at Moon Palace Resort in Cancun, the destination festival features a lineup that includes headliners Fall Out Boy, Weezer, Incubus, and Cage The Elephant, and performances by Rebelution, 311, O.A.R., Jack’s Mannequin, and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.

“At Playa Luna, we’re passionate about crafting unique, immersive travel experiences, and partnering with Oceans Calling for Second Wave is a perfect fit,” said Jonathan Fordin, Partner at Playa Luna Presents. “Guests can look forward to a seamless blend of luxury, vacation, and incredible live music.”

The festival kicks off on January 19th with a full set from O.A.R. ahead of a weekend that includes daytime poolside sets from O.A.R., Andrew McMahon, and Los Stellarians, along with late-night performances from 311, a DJ set from Brad Shultz of Cage The Elephant, and more.

Guests will also be able to avail themselves of a variety of local activities, from pool parties and culinary experiences to off-site adventures such as cave diving, visiting the ancient city of Chichen Itza, sailing, fishing, and more.
