Magic n’ Mayhem Coming Next Week on iOS, Android, and PC – TouchArcade


Riot Games’ next major update for Teamfight Tactics titled the Magic n’ Mayhem update launches next week on iOS, Android, and PC. Magic n’ Mayhem will bring in champions from across other Riot Games titles like Norra (Legends of Runeterra) making her TFT debut with Yuumi. League of Legends’ champions Briar and Smolder also join in with this update. Another notable addition is League of Legends: Wild Rift’s Chrono skin line. As for new mechanics, Riot revealed Charms. Charms are single use spells, and there are over 100 Charms coming with the update. These can be used to give combat power, economy, disruptions, and more. Teamfight Tactics Magic n’ Mayhem will arrive with 27 traits, 60 champions, and more than 200 Augments together. Watch the extended developer video for the update below:

I haven’t played Teamfight Tactics in a long time, but will dip into it to check out this update and see how the game feels today. If you’ve not gotten it yet, you can grab Teamfight Tactics for free on the App Store for iOS here and on Google Play for Android here. Riot Games also announced plans for the TFT Macao Open (TMO), the second global LAN event, set for December 13th to 15th this year. It will have 512 spots available in the open bracket tournament for players from across the globe competing for a $300K prize pool. Check out the official game website here.
