Midwood Entertainment Taps Joel Grubb As Talent Buyer/Event Producer







CHARLOTTE, NC (CelebrityAccess) — Charlotte-based live event management and production company Midwood Entertainment announced the hire of Joel Grubb as Talent Buyer and Event Producer.

Grubb joins Midwood from Atlanta-based promoter Rival Entertainment, where he oversaw outdoor and special events at venues such as Sweetland Amphitheatre in LaGrange, GA and Candler Park Music Festival in Atlanta.

While at Rival, Grubb played a significant role in the development and curation of Highball, the indie rock festival, while contributing his expertise at Rival’s venues, including Vinyl, Loft, and Center Stage, as well as Eddie’s Attic, The Earl, Terminal West, Variety Playhouse, and The Eastern.

Before he joined Rival, Grubb served as a talent buyer and live event producer at RCS Productions, where he focused on booking concerts and festivals throughout the Southeastern U.S.
