LAKE HUGHES, CA (CelebrityAccess) — Neil Young and Stephen Stills have been announced as headliners for Harvest Moon, a benefit concert supporting The Painted Turtle camp and the Bridge School.

Produced by Goldenvoice/AEG, the concert is set for October 5th at The Painted Turtle camp in Lake Hughes, California.

Along with Young and Crosby, the benfit will also feature the marimba ensemble Masanga, with additional artists to be announced.

Proceeds from the concert will support for The Painted Turtle Camp, which provides a summer camp experience for children with serious medical conditions, and the Bridge School, which provides education for children with severe speech and physical disabilities.

The show is one of few live performances that Neil Young has scheduled since he canceled his tour with Crazy Horse in June, citing health issues.
