Seagate’s Stylish Starfield-Themed 8TB Hard Drive Gets Massive Discount

Looking for a stylish external drive for all your PC games? Then consider the Seagate Starfield Special Edition Game Hub, which gets you a staggering 8TB of storage for just $150 (down from $240). The deal is available at both Amazon and Best Buy, but since this matches the lowest price ever for the HDD, we can’t imagine it’ll stick around long.

The Seagate Starfield HDD is officially licensed, and you can also use it as an external drive for PS5 and Xbox Series X. Keep in mind you’ll need to transfer PS5 or Xbox Series X games from this external drive to your console before you can play them–Xbox One or PS4 games can be played directly from the drive–so this probably isn’t the best solution for console gaming. Instead, use it to store your biggest PC games as well as other data.

Oddly enough, this Starfield-inspired HDD is cheaper than the standard 8TB Seagate Game Drive. But if you prefer its black and green stylings, you can pick up the standard drive for $190 (down from $220). And if you don’t need the full 8TB offered by either drive, the Starfield Special Edition 2TB External HDD is also on sale for $90 (down from $110).

Games are bigger than ever nowadays, so consider upgrading your storage abilities with one of these cheap external HDDs ahead of all the big game launches this holiday season.
